Just like Miss USA 2010, Miss Lebanon 2010 comes from south Lebanon.

First runner up went to Daniela Bou Gharios While Jessica Gahwati and Nour Mehanna were second and third runner ups respectively and the fourth sash went to Nabila Awad.

The ladies showcased their assets through different segments of swimwear, evening wear and individual questions. Abdallah scored some of the highest points for each section making her one of the top ten but her chances increased tremendously with her answer to the final question. The final question revolved around money, power and knowledge and which one of those features would be the preferable to hold.

The ceremony featured two of Lebanon's most popular stars Ragheb Alama and the always-gorgeous Haifa Wehbi for the entertainment segments which also included dance performances.

Minister of Tourism Fadi Abboud, Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ziad Baroud and Minister of Culture Salim Wardy attended the ceremony along with many media personalities and fans of this annual event.
